Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality digital marketing, web and logo design, social media marketing, and web development services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you may not be fully satisfied with our services. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be considered and processed.



General Policy

Eligibility: Refunds will only be considered if requested within 30 days of the service delivery date.

Request Process: To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@thedevmates.com with your order details and the reason for your request.

Evaluation: Each refund request will be individually reviewed and assessed based on the nature of the service and the specific circumstances.

Digital Marketing Services

Consultations and Strategy Sessions: Refunds are not available for consultations or strategy sessions that have been completed.

Campaign Management: If you are not satisfied with the results of a digital marketing campaign, we will work with you to improve performance. Partial refunds may be considered if it is determined that there was a significant deviation from agreed-upon performance metrics, excluding factors beyond our control such as market conditions or changes in platform algorithms.

Web and Logo Design

Initial Concepts: Refunds are available if requested before the delivery of the initial design concepts.

Once design concepts have been approved and work has commenced on revisions, partial refunds may be considered based on the proportion of work completed. No refunds are available once the final deliverables have been provided.

Non-Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with the final design after the included number of revisions, we will offer additional revisions at no extra charge to meet your expectations.

Social Media Marketing

Campaign Setup: Refunds are not available for the setup phase once the campaign is live.

Ongoing Management: For ongoing management services billed on a monthly basis, refunds for the current month will be considered if the request is made within the first 15 days of the month. No refunds are available for previous months.

Ad Spend: We do not offer refunds for third-party ad spend managed through our services, as these costs are incurred directly with the advertising platforms.

Web Development

Initial Concepts:

Refunds are available if requested before the delivery of the initial design concepts.

Milestone Payments: For projects with defined milestones, refunds for a specific milestone may be considered if the work associated with that milestone has not yet begun.

Completion and Delivery: Once the final website has been delivered and approved, no refunds are available. However, we will address any issues or bugs reported within 30 days of delivery at no additional cost.

Exceptions

Force Majeure: No refunds will be provided for delays or failures resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen technical issues.

Scope Changes: Requests for refunds due to changes in project scope, specifications, or requirements will not be considered. Any changes will be handled through a change order process with additional costs as applicable.
